Este piso se encuentra recién reformado, con todos los muebles nuevos, todo a estrenar, serán los primeros inquilinos en disfrutar de todos estos beneficios. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, caldera/calentador eléctrico, microondas) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería).
