Rooms.madrid alquila esta fantástica habitación doble en piso compartido, ubicado en la Calle DOCTOR BELLIDO, en Entrevias , una zona concurrida y bien comunicada (a 10 minutos de Sol, a unos minutos de la parada de Renfe Madrid- entrevias. con parada de autobús a una calle del portal — líneas 103, 111 y 144 N22), con un supermercado AHORRAMAS en la esquina y una comisaría de Policía muy próxima, bares, restaurantes y con todo tipo de servicios de la zona sur de Madrid. Rooms Madrid realiza tres limpiezas mensuales de las zonas comunes
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, cocina, lavadora, microondas) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería). conexión USB en salón y habitaciones, etc. Y un baño con plato de ducha, cómodo y amplio compartido para las cuatro habitaciones.

La habitación es luminosa y está perfectamente equipada, con los siguientes complementos: Nevera propia, 1 cama de 1.05 m con almohadas y cojines, juego de sábanas y edredón, mesilla de noche con lámpara, un espacioso armario, calefacción por gas natural individual y cerramientos de doble cristal con las mejores calidades.
Todas las habitaciones incluyen cerradura con llave privada conexión wifi por fibra de alta velocidad.
