La habitación es luminosa y está perfectamente equipada, con los siguientes complementos: 1 cama de 1.60 m con almohada, juego de sábanas y edredón, mesita de noche con lámpara, armario con espejo, escritorio con silla, perchero de pared, calefacción eléctrica. Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión wifi por fibra de alta velocidad.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, caldera/calentador eléctrico, microondas) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería). Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con un Baño completo, con plato de ducha.
