La habitación es muy luminosa, está perfectamente equipada, con los siguientes complementos: cama de 1.35 m con almohadas, ropa de cama al completo, edredón, amplio armario con divisores y espejo, cuenta con escritorio y silla, calefacción por eléctrica.
Salón exclusivo independiente en la habitación, equipado con sillones, escritorio con silla y mesilla, gran ventanal y balcón privado
Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión wifi por fibra de alta velocidad.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una cocina, completamente amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, caldera, microondas, etc) el menaje necesario para instalarte sin preocupaciones (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería).
