No alzar la voz ni colocar música a todo volumen después de las 11/12 de la madrugada
No se reciben visitas y no puede llevar a otra persona a dormir a la casa
No se aceptan fumadores
Se incluye 1 semana al mes de limpieza ( incluye la habitación solo si la persona está presente)
Los gastos están incluidos menos el servicio de gas (pequeña estufa de gas precio de bombona 15€ que dividido entre 2 son 7€ cada 2 semanas y energía eléctrica 80/100€ aprox ambos gastos divididos entre dos.
Solo es para compartir conmigo y busco solo una chica.
