No se reciben visitas y no puede llevar a otra persona a dormir a la casa
No se aceptan fumadores
Se incluye limpieza ( incluye la habitación solo si la persona está presente, no se lavan sábanas)
Los gastos están incluidos menos el servicio de gas (pequeña estufa de gas precio de bombona Aprox 20 € cada 2/ 3 semanas) y energía eléctrica 80/100€ aprox ambos gastos divididos entre dos.
Solo se para compartir conmigo y busco solo una chica.
Hay lavadora secadora pero es nueva y aún hay que calcular su gasto energético por lo que una semana si una semana no sé usará 1 secado por persona para ir valorando el gasto.
Importante pido un mes de garantía
