Located on Calle Preciados, just around the corner from Callao and Gran Via, 12 comfortable rooms are available for rent in a large 12 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. The large, 200m2 apartment also consists of a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a living area and three shared bathrooms.
Just a short walk from Puerta del Sol and close to Palacio Real, you will be living right in the middle of the city buzz, close to some of Madrid's most important attractions, shops, nightclubs and restaurants - perfect for those new to the city.

Bedroom 4 has a desk, a double bed and a wardrobe. This room is exterior, and opens out onto a balcony overlooking the charming street below.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is located right on Calle Preciados-- it doesn't get more central than that in Madrid!
- All the rooms for rent are bright and sunny.
- You have excellent public transportation options nearby.
- On Calle Preciados, you're always just a short walk from excellent shopping areas, supermarkets, famous monuments, exciting neighborhoods, and the best restaurants and bars Madrid has to offer.
