Welcome to this charming studio in Opañel, Madrid, perfect for professionals, couples, families, students, or Erasmus participants. The studio comes fully furnished, featuring central air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, and provided bed linen included in the rent. Although bills are not included, all landlords at Spotahome undergo a strict vetting process to ensure reliable renting experiences. Its exterior-facing design offers natural light and common facilities such as a washing machine and a dryer. This property has been checked by Spotahome for added confidence. Opañel is a lively neighborhood with excellent amenities nearby. Within close reach, you’ll find Supermercados Dia and Dia markets, Restaurante and Granja Mcd for dining, Bar Gonzalo and Un Trocito de Mi País grills, and Healthy Poke San Miguel for quick bites. What we liked the most
- Coliving area is for common use of the entire building
- It is a coliving building with 8 units with a common area with TV, sofas, chairs and shelves on the second floor, and a washer dryer and drying area on the third floor.
Things to keep in mind
- Washing machine and Dryer are shared and are used with coins
- The studios have biweekly cleaning of the common coliving areas, and in the studios, it is an extra €25.00 per week if you wish.
- If the rental is a couple you have to add to the rental & utilities price that appear on the website: +100,00 € rent +40,00 € utilities +100,00 € Landlord's admin fee
