Spotahome presents a fully furnished exterior studio available for professionals, families, students, and Erasmus participants. This property includes bed linen and features a centrally controlled air conditioning system, an equipped kitchen, as well as common access to a washing machine and dryer. All Spotahome landlords go through a complete vetting process, ensuring reliability and trust.
Located in Opañel, residents benefit from close proximity to various attractions. Nearby, you can find Supermercados Dia and Dia markets, Restaurante and Granja Mcd restaurants, and Bar Gonzalo grill dining options. Additionally, the Cubic Montaje de Museos serves as a significant tourist attraction in the vicinity, fostering insight into local culture.
What we liked the most
- Coliving area is for common use of the entire building
- It is a coliving building with 8 units with a common area with TV, sofas, chairs and shelves on the second floor, and a washer dryer and drying area on the third floor.
Things to keep in mind
- Washing machine and Dryer are shared and are used with coins
- The studios have biweekly cleaning of the common coliving areas, and in the studios, it is an extra €25.00 per week if you wish.
- Utilities 80 euros + rent 750 euros: 830 euros
- Reservations that begin contract in the months of May, June or July admin fee is 50%; from August admin fee is 100%
