_On the second floor, we've created a communal coliving area to encourage interaction among residents. This area is equipped with a 60-inch television so you can enjoy your favorite shows or organize movie nights with your neighbors. Comfortable sofas invite you to relax, while the workspace allows you to stay productive even outside of your apartment._
_Heading up to the third floor, you'll find our shared laundry facility. Here, you can conveniently wash your clothes using coins. This shared service makes the task of laundry easier and fosters a sense of community among residents_

This property includes bed linen and features a centrally controlled air conditioning system, an equipped kitchen, as well as common access to a washing machine and dryer. What we liked the most
- Coliving area is for common use of the entire building
- It is a coliving building with 8 units with a common area with TV, sofas, chairs and shelves on the second floor, and a washer dryer and drying area on the third floor.
Things to keep in mind
- Washing machine and Dryer are shared and are used with coins
- The studios have biweekly cleaning of the common coliving areas, and in the studios, it is an extra €25.00 per week if you wish.
- Utilities 80 euros + rent 750 euros: 830 euros
- Reservations that begin contract in the months of May, June or July admin fee is 50%; from August admin fee is 100%
- If_the rental is a couple you have to add to the rental & utilities price that appear on the website: +100,00 € rent +40,00 € utilities +100,00 € Landlord's admin fee_
