_On the second floor, we've created a communal coliving area to encourage interaction among residents. What we liked the most
- Coliving area is for common use of the entire building
- It is a coliving building with 8 units with a common area with TV, sofas, chairs and shelves on the second floor, and a washer dryer and drying area on the third floor.
Things to keep in mind
- Washing machine and Dryer are shared and are used with coins
- The studios have biweekly cleaning of the common coliving areas, and in the studios, it is an extra €25.00 per week if you wish.
- If the rental is a couple you have to add to the rental & utilities price that appear on the website: +100,00 € rent +40,00 € utilities +100,00 € Landlord's admin fee

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

- Deposit: 1 month rent + utilities (paid before move-in).
- Admin fee: same (50% off before Aug 1). Deposit returned 4–6 weeks after contract end (subject to checks).
- Daily check-in 09:00–20:00 free (late fees apply).
