A modern studio apartment is available to rent in central Lavapiés, Madrid. The apartment is bright and recently renovated, and it has modern furniture and appliances. The bedroom, which is on a mezzanine level, has a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe in it. There is also a sofa which turns into a bed in the living room. The kitchen has a mini fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, lots of storage space, and a hotplate for cooking. The bathroom is spacious and has a beautiful shower with a glass door. There is also a private washing machine located outside the entrance to the apartment in a locked room, which is for the use of the tenant only.

Lavapiés is one of Madrid's most popular neighborhoods. Known for being a vibrant, multicultural part of the city, there is no shortage of delicious restaurants, fun bars, or unique shops in Lavapiés. Lavapiés is a short walk from the Madrid city center, making this neighborhood the perfect spot for anyone.

What we liked the most

  • The property is located in one of Madrid's most popular neighborhoods, Lavapiés, and is within walking distance of the city center, great restaurants, and lots of shops.
  • The apartment is nicely decorated and modern.
  • The lofted bed gives the apartment the feeling of being larger, and it allows for more space.

  • The laundry room is located just outside the door of the apartment, which eliminates noise and overcrowding in the property.
