Not only does this sleek studio have a sleeping area, but it also has a living space and a fully equipped kitchen.

This property is situated in Almagro & Trafalgar, within walking distance of many popular neighbourhoods in Madrid. As a result, there is an abundance of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops to choose from in the vicinity. To reach other parts of Madrid, you can walk 1 minute to Iglesia metro station.

What we liked the most

  • There is a common area that is to be shared with the other 4 studios on the floor.
  • The apartment is decorated with a neutral, soft colour scheme.
  • The kitchen has an elegant coffee machine to help with the morning routine.
  • Iglesia metro station is less than 1 minute away.
  • AC units are spread throughout the property - a rare luxury for apartments in central Madrid.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryers and the cleaning supplies, buckets, mops, irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, etc. are located in a common laundry room in the building.
  • The accommodation have everything. Linens, towels, eating and cooking utensils and even a Nespresso coffee machine etc.
