The interior of this property is exceptionally bright and stylish, decorated throughout with modern furniture. the apartment consists of 1 spacious room which serves as a bedroom, a living area, and a partially equipped kitchen.

Malasaña is arguably the best place to live in Madrid. Filled with quirky bars, terraces and places to eat, you will never be bored whilst living here. Also, the apartment is within walking distance of many other places in the city - Sol, Callao and Retiro are all nearby. Gran Via metro station is just 4 minutes away, therefore the property is very well connected.
