  • AC will be a much appreciated feature during the sweltering summer months in Madrid.
  • A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
  • With a dryer available, you will not have to share your space with damp clothes.
  • There is a dining table with 2 chairs where you can enjoy meals alone or with a friend.
  • This location is fantastic for those who enjoy a classy and sophisticated atmosphere but with an alternative and fashionable side too.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryer are located in a common laundry room but this gives you the perfect opportunity to meet your neighbours.
