The interior of this property is decorated with a sleek, neutral colour scheme and modern furniture and appliances. The apartment has a living space, a double bed, and a kitchen which is partially equipped with modern appliances.
Almagro & Trafalgar is a friendly, residential neighbourhood which is situated to the north of the city centre. This area has the best of both worlds - you can live in a tranquil place, whilst being very near an assortment of bars, cafés and restaurants which suit all tastes and budgets. The city centre is easy to reach - just get the metro from Iglesia station which is under 1 minute away.
What we liked the most
- Iglesia metro station can be reached in just 1 minute.
- This stylish apartment has state-of-the-art furniture, including a large light which covers the whole ceiling.
- AC is installed in the apartment - a necessity for summers in Madrid.
- You will have access to a washing machine and a dryer, both of which are in a common room which is shared with other residents of the building.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine and dryers and the cleaning supplies, buckets, mops, irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, etc. are located in a common laundry room in the building..
- The accommodation have everything. Linens, towels, eating and cooking utensils and even a Nespresso coffee machine etc.
