This 45 m² studio apartment for rent offers a very modern and stylish home, that provides a peaceful escape from the busy city life. The studio's main room has a wall division to create a bedroom and dining area. The bedroom area comes furnished with a double bed, seating, and an AC unit. The kitchen and bathroom are completely renovated with new appliances and stylish decor. The art work found throughout the apartment, and on the outside patio wall, make you feel right at home.

The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Almagro and Trafalgar. This neighborhood provides a real Madrinleño experience, in addition to being surrounded by some of the city's most popular neighborhoods. When in need of a little adventure, you have a metro stop just seconds from your door.

What we liked the most

  • The studio's best feature is the spacious patio that comes with outdoor seating and a beautiful mural that makes your apartment feel like a city oasis.
  • The apartment is fully furnished with a double bed, heating unit, AC, couch, arm chair, coffee table, desk, dining table, shelving, a standalone wardrobe, and a large flat-screen TV.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, 2-burner electric stove, and dishwasher.
  • The bathroom is very large, especially for a studio, and is completely renovated.
  • The apartment is in a very central area surrounded by the Salamanca, Malasaña, and Chueca neighborhoods.
  • There is a metro station just seconds from the building.

Things to keep in mind

  • The studio is an interior apartment, but you can enjoy fresh air just by stepping out onto your patio
  • The washing machine and dryers and the cleaning supplies, buckets, mops, irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, etc. are located in a common laundry room in the building..
  • The accommodation have everything. Linens, towels, eating and cooking utensils and even a Nespresso coffee machine etc.
