You'll love this amazing studio apartment for rent on Calle de la Palma in Malasaña. The apartment is cosy and colourful, and, very unusually for a studio comes with a full kitchen, including a 3-hob stove, an oven, and a washing machine, plus plenty of storage and food preparation space. The room is quite large, and includes a coffee table, a desk, and a large sofa that converts into your bed. There is also a wall mounted TV. The bathroom is a particularly stand out feature (if you can have one in an apartment this great), with it's very large shower, and unique washbasin.
Living in Malasaña is living Madrid. One of the cities most authentic, lively, and fun neighbourhoods, here old Madrid rubs shoulders with new. Full of trendy new bars, and amazing tabernas where you can find bargain cañas and tapas, along with the very trendy shopping around Calle del Pez and Plaza Dos de Mayo, there is always something to do. You will also be within a 15-minute walk of the centre of Madrid, and close to the beautiful Parque del Oeste, as well as the city's other very trendy neighbourhood, Chueca.
Really, you can't go wrong moving here!
What we liked the most
- We love the modern features, and the roominess of the place, very unusual in a studio.
- The apartment has very clean, modern furnishings, which make it feel very bright.
- You will have an oven! And a full-size fridge-freezer! What other studio offers those?
- You will be living in one of the coolest areas of the city, close to parks, shopping, and nightlife.
Things to keep in mind
- The sofa bed is going to be changed for a larger, better one, before the tenant moves in.
