The bed is Single BED now, for Single person. Please check the last photo. The distribution has been changed in order to make It more funcional. Also we changed the color of the wall to appear more modern. The neighbourhood has improved so much, including many shops less than two minutes walking, now Carrefour Express and Alcampo market. And very big park five minutes from the studio to sport.

This cozy studio apartment available to rent in Tetuán has an area of 33 m² with a renovated bathroom, walk-though kitchen, and double bed. The apartment's walk-through kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and washing machine; in the bedroom area you will find a large standalone wardrobe. There is elegant wood flooring and the exterior window lets in plenty of natural light.

Tetuán is known for its diversity and for its many options for ethnic food. This is a lively neighborhood, and in addition to the shops and restaurants you also have Parque Agustín Rodríguez Sahagún less than a 15-minute walk away. When you need to get around the city, you can jump on the line 1 metro at the Tetuán metro stop a 7-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The wardrobe is big giving you extra storage space – always necessary in a studio.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine.
  • The apartment is equipped with an alarm system, connected to the police station.
  • There is a metro stop and a Mercadona grocery store just a 7-minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The property is not located in the centre of Madrid - but it's well-connected with metro and buses!
