This 30 m² studio apartment in Principe Pio is furnished with a television, sofa bed and also offers a mezzanine sleeping area with a single bed and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and there is an AC unit.
The apartment boasts a fantastic location close to Plaza Mayor, Opera and the Royal Palace. Vicente Calderón Stadium, home to the Atletico de Madrid, is a 17-minute walk away, and beautiful Madrid Rio is just around the corner.
What we liked the most
- The mezzanine sleeping area offers a single bed, 2 chests of drawers and a wardrobe.
- There is also a sofa bed on the main level.
- There is a small interior patio where you can dry your washing.
- The apartment has a convenient location close to transport, shops and amenties.
- Sol, La Latina and Lavapies are within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- The mezzanine area has a low ceiling.
- There is no oven in the kitchen but it is otherwise well equipped to cook with an electric stove, microwave and refrigerator.
