We like to take care of the good coexistence with our neighbors, so we ask you to be as respectful as if you were in your own home: do not make annoying noises, be moderate with the volume of music or TV, and respect the hours of rest from 10.00 pm to 09:00 am.
-No parties are allowed, nor the access of people not included in the reservation.
-Internet (WiFi) is included in all rooms.
-Late check in fee is 30€ for arrivals after 22:00h, and 50€ after 24:00h.
-We have found that each guest likes to make a different use of supplies and we also want to contribute to a responsible use of energy and water. For this reason the consumption of electricity is not included and water is included 30€ per month in the price of the reservation. In the very unlikely event that you exceed this limit, you will receive a monthly water bill corresponding to your consumption in order to pay the difference.
For the peace of mind of both parties, a half-stay rental contract will be signed and a deposit will be deposited which will be returned after departure if there are no damages or outstanding payments
