This luminous studio apartment for rent in Recoletos is 27 m² and offers a double bed, furnished kitchen and a modern bathroom. The apartment also comes with a large flat screen television, lots of natural light and plenty of storage space.
A central neighbourhood, Recoletos is home to Madrid’s LGBT community and is full of many fashionable boutiques, shops and trendy cafes. With several metro stations close by, the area is well-connected for easy access to surrounding areas and the city centre.
What we liked the most
- You will find an additional fold out bed, ideal for guests.
- The large window to the street provides excellent light and ventilation.
- There is a dining table for 4.
- The apartment is centrally heated, perfect for winter.
- Parque de El Retiro is close by.
Things to keep in mind
- Tenants can use a common laundry room with washing machines and dryers operated with coins. The landlord is considering installing a washing machine in the apartment.
