This studio apartment in Diego de León has been tastefully renovated and is located in a building with a swimming pool. The stylish 40 m² property opens out onto a balcony and offers a double bed, modern bathroom and a kitchen with all the essentials.

The apartment is located in an upscale and chic neighbourhood that is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid. Paseo de la Castellana and the IE Business School are located nearby, and you can walk to Retiro park in 20 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is surrounded by bars, cafes, shops and restaurants.
  • There is a balcony facing an interior patio, making it quiet.
  • You will find a spacious wardrobe to organise your personal items.
  • The bathroom also offers a washing machine.
  • There is a dining table with 2 chairs, sofa and a television.

Things to keep in mind

  • There was no oven at the time of you visit, but the landlady informed us she was planning to install one.
  • The double bed is located behind a partial wall and the landlady is planning to install glass doors to separate the sleeping area.
