In our 40m2 chalets, you will find a cozy and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a room with everything you need and a private garden to relax. In addition, each room has its own private garden. Our chalets are strategically located away from common areas so you can enjoy tranquillity and focus fully on your studies or work. With 40m2 of well-distributed space, the chalets include complete furniture: double bed, wardrobe, curtains, bedding package, TV and Wi-Fi connection. Each chalet has automatic blinds, underfloor heating and cooling to always maintain the ideal temperature, and secure card access. The private kitchen is equipped with modern equipment, including a refrigerator and sink with ample storage space. The modern bathroom has a large sink, mirror, spacious shower and toilet.

What we liked the most
You can enjoy our large garden common areas, the swimming pool, the gym, a private parking space, and BBQ and conviviality areas to share unforgettable moments with your neighbors. The coliving common areas are located near the homes for greater comfort.

The weekly cleaning service includes general cleaning of the common areas of the coliving. All expenses are included in the price: VAT, use of electricity, water, internet, cleaning service, 24/7 security and free use of all common areas and services of the complex. The laundry service costs 3 euros per wash/dry with detergent included. You can enjoy our large garden common areas, the swimming pool, the gym, a private parking space, and BBQ and conviviality areas to share unforgettable moments with your neighbors. - Full refund of the initial payment if you cancel within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.
- Full refund of initial payment when cancelling 60 days or more before check-in
- 50% refund of initial payment when cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in
