El piso renovado en el año 2019, tiene techos altos y un balcón que deja pasar Luz y Sol todo el día, te puedes asomar a la tranquila plaza de PONTEJOS con su fuente y su tienda emblemática, está situado en plena Puerta del Sol en el centro de Madrid, tendrás varias líneas de metro, de bus, tiendas y grandes almacenes justo al lado. La Gran Vía, la calle de Alcalá a 5’ y los mejores museos y monumentos a 15’.
El edificio es muy tranquilo, dispone de portero y ascensor.
En el estudio no hay horno pero si microondas y Air Fryer, cafetera espresso, lavadora.
Justify with a document the reason for the "seasonal" rental with the university registration, temporary work contract, displacement... etc.
Also, the tranquility of the neighborhood must be respected.
