A 25 m² studio apartment is available to rent in Madrid's Salamanca district. The apartment is modernly decorated and cleverly makes use of the space available, with a bed compacting as a sofa and lots of storage space. The apartment is also located in the interior staircase so you won't have to put up with the noise from the busy street but can still enjoy living in a central location.
The property is located on Calle de Ayala, in Madrid's glamourous Salamanca district. The apartment is near lots of commercial shops and restaurants that contribute to the glamourous character of the neighbourhood. The nearest metro station is Serrano, which is a 3-minute walk from the property itself and connected to metro line 4.
What we liked the most
- It has AC which is perfect for the hot summer months in Madrid.
- The bed is compact and also functions as a sofa so there is plenty of space.
- The decoration is very modern which keeps the property well lit and is easy to maintain.
- There is plenty of storage, meaning that you are able to keep the studio tidy and in keep with the modern furnishings.
