This modern studio, which has AC and an equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Calle de Villanueva. The cosy property is furnished with a sofa-bed, to make extra use of space, a coffee table and a nice bar area separating the kitchen from the living room, where you can enjoy your meals. Living here you will also have access to a private terrace area where you can enjoy the fresh air and hang your clothes to dry.
The property is in a popular and central part of town where you have excellent choices for shopping and plenty of exquisite restaurants to try. The apartment is only a few minutes from the magnificent and vast Retiro park. With plenty of green open spaces, a pond and lots of nice architecture, it is the perfect place to spend sunny weekends. You will be able to buy all your basic amenities nearby and there are 3 metro stops within a 5-minute walk, meaning you can easily connect with the rest of Madrid.
What we liked the most
- The AC, which is a luxury in summers, also works as a heating unit.
- The terrace area is excellent for drying clothes and a nice place to enjoy some fresh air.
- You live right by Retiro Park. Perfect for evening jogs and lazy weekend afternoons.
- There are 3 metro stops, serving different lines, within a 5-minute walk. Convenient!
