This chic studio apartment on Calle del Marqués de Leis, in Tetuán is very stylish and fashionably furnished. The 48m² property makes excellent use of the space with a loft layout and intelligent furnishings. There is a double bed, modern kitchen, and a bathroom that is spacious and beautifully tiled.

The apartment is located in Tetuán, a northern barrio with a multicultural vibe. In the neighbourhood you will find plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as the famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home of Real Madrid.
