A recently-renovated studio apartment with AC is available to rent next to the beautiful Campo del Moro in Madrid Centro. The apartment is modern and stylish, with a double bed, a sofa, and a TV in the main room. In the kitchenette, you'll find a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a sizable fold-up dining table. The bathroom is also new, with a large glass shower, a heated drying rack, an enormous mirror, and plenty of storage space under the sink.

Here in the Madrid city center, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The apartment is located just next to the Campo de Moro, and it is within short walking distance of Príncipe Pío, where you will find a large shopping center and a metro-cercanías station. Nearby, you'll also have the Manzanares River, as well as many restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars to enjoy.

What we liked the most

  • The entire property has been recently renovated. Everything is brand new!
  • The bed has storage space underneath.
  • The table folds up and becomes larger.
  • The apartment is right next to a large park.
  • A big shopping center in Príncipe Pío-- where you can also catch the metro or a cercanías train-- is a short walk from the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building.
