Reforma a estrenar, con elementos de calidad, bien distribuido y equipado con espacios de almacenamiento por tener techos altos. Tiene calefaccion con aire acondicionado y chimenea eléctrica; está a pie de calle, la entrada y salida es totalmente independiente, sin escaleras. Aunque el Barrio es muy comercial: con escuelas, sanidad, bancos, restauración, tiendas y comercios de todo tipo, parques e instalaciones deportivas a minutos caminando; el piso está en una zona muy segura y tranquila... ubicado en una calle silenciosa y de poco tráfico, donde se puede aparcar en la puerta del edificio. Excelente comunicación con transporte público: Metro La Elipa, y seis líneas de buses directas a Sol, Manuel Becerra y Puerta de Alcalá.
