Spotahome's opinion
This stylish studio apartment on Calle del Tesoro, in Malasaña, has lots of character, located in a 19th century restaurant's wine cellar which has been meticulously renovated. The main room in the 22 m² property is furnished with a double bed, and there is also a kitchen which comes with all the essentials to cook.
The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, just 5 minutes on foot from Plaza de España and the Gran Via. You will find numerous bars and restaurants nearby, and the Metro stops only 2 minutes away to take you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been beautifully renovated while maintaining its historical charm.
- All furnishings are modern and well-thought.
- There is a washing machine and dryer in the common laundry room to take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
- The apartment has been uniquely decorated paying amazing attention to detail.
- This lively central area offers plenty to see and do.
- Puerta del Sol is a 15-minute walk away.

- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and electric stove.
