This charming studio apartment on Calle del Tesoro, in Malasaña, has lots of character, located in a 19th century restaurant's wine cellar which has been meticulously renovated. The main room in the 23 m² property is furnished with a double bed, television, and foldable desk, and there is also a kitchen corner with all the essentials to cook.
The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, just 5 minutes on foot from Plaza de España and the Gran Via. This vibrant area is home to numerous bars and restaurants, and the Metro stops only 2 minutes away, making it easy to travel around the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been beautifully renovated while maintaining its historical charm.
- The lovely exposed brick walls and vintage decor create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- You will have access to a common laundry room with a washer-dryer.
- The kitchen has a breakfast bar to enjoy your meals.
- Puerta del Sol is a 15-minute walk away, and many of the city's most well-known attractions are also within walking distance.
