Muy bien comunicado con varios supermercados en las inmediaciones. Muy tranquilo y con mucho espacio de almacenamiento. Dispone de lavadora, doble placa de inducción, nevera con congelador, microondas grill y cafetera de capsulas. Además de un pequeño televisor dispone de un proyector que lo convierte en un mini cine. Cuenta con una cama de 120x190 comodísima. Muy agradable.
