Ubicado en uno de los lugares más emblemáticos de Madrid (Plaza de España). Acceso a varias líneas de metro a dos minutos andando del alojamiento (Plaza de España, Noviciado y Ventura Rodríguez), varias líneas de autobuses en las inmediaciones así como Renfe a tan sólo una parada de metro (Príncipe Pío).
Estudio totalmente exterior con dos balcones a la calle que lo hacen muy luminoso. Vivienda situada en una zona muy tranquila y en edificio residencial. Andando a tan sólo dos minutos de Gran Vía.
Se trata de una vivienda amueblada, perfectamente aislada del ruido del exterior, situada en un primer piso (altura de segundo) con ascensor. El estudio consta de un único espacio en el que se encuentra la cama en la zona superior ya que dispone de techos muy altos. Dispone también de un sofá que se convierte en cama (más grande) en la parte de abajo.
Está provisto de aire acondicionado, calefacción eléctrica individual, cocina completamente equipada (nevera, microondas, vitrocerámica, lavadora...).
