This forty-five square meter temporary rental studio is located on the first floor, northwest facing and inland, guaranteeing a quiet atmosphere in the heart of the city. The day area consists of a practical living-dining room with a television and a comfortable sofa, next to the integrated kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware.
The sleeping area is integrated into the same space with a double bed and wardrobe, offering everything you need in a functional and well-distributed way. In addition, the home has a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The building has a communal washing and drying area for the convenience of residents.
This apartment has cleaning with change of sheets and towels every 15 days and consumptions included up to € 100.
