This cosy studio apartment on Calle del Ave Maria, in Lavapies, covers an area of 23 m² and opens out onto a lovely communal terrace. The fully furnished property has a comfortable living area, equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and a semi-independent sleeping area with a double bed.

The apartment is located just 2 minutes from Plaza Lavapies, where you will find a large supermarket, the Metro, and a range of shops and cafes. Many of the city's most well-known attractions are within walking distance, including Puerta del Sol, the Gran Via, museums and Retiro Park.

What we liked the most

  • There is a screen which can be used to separate the sleeping area from the living room.
  • The kitchen comes with all the essentials to cook.
  • There is a table with 2 chairs on the terrace so you can enjoy a drink outdoors.
  • This vibrant area offers plenty to see and do.
  • There are numerous bars to discover within walking distance
