This independent studio apartment apartment is located on Paseo de las Acacias in peaceful Acacias. The 21 m² space has a compact kitchen and living area, leading to the elevated double bed, as well as a modern bathroom.

Well-connected and close to several parks, like Jardín del Rastro, Acacias is the best place to come home to after a long day. The apartment is close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the Metro.
