In the peaceful neighborhood of Argüelles is this 30 m² studio apartment available to rent. The studio, although with no doors, still has a slight separation between kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and standalone wardrobe. The kitchen doubles as a living room with an equipped cooking corner, couch, refrigerator, and dining table. There is also a well-sized bathroom and modern amenities including a washing machine and television.
Argüelles isn't technically the city center, but it may as well be. On Calle Luisa Fernandez, you are in a prime location with student-friendly Moncloa to the north, trendy Malasaña to the east, and the Callao and Gran Vía areas a 10-minute Metro ride away. The neighborhood has everything you need with restaurants, bars, shops, and even the beautiful Parque del Oeste a short-walk away.
