This cozy studio apartment on Calle de Torrelaguna, in Arturo Soria, is well-equipped to accommodate a single person or a couple. The 35 m² property has a main room with a double bed, dining table, and a basic but functional kitchen corner. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The apartment is located away form the city centre, but only 4 minutes from the Metro. The Hospital Universitario HM Nuevo Belén is a short walk away, and the local area offers a range of shops and restaurants to explore.
What we liked the most
- The window lets in good natural light and also comes with darkening blinds for when it is time to rest.
- The apartment is nicely decorated and cozy.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and all the essentials to cook.
- The bathroom is spacious and nicely tiled.
- The apartment is within easy access of the M30 motorway.
- There is a supermarket a short walk away, making it easy to stock up on essentials.
