This cozy 35 m² studio apartment for rent in Imperial is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The studio has a mezzanine floor where you can find the double bed that allows for extra floor space. Underneath the bed, you have a living room area with a couch, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is compact but modern with a stove, oven, microwave, and a washing machine.
If you are looking to live in a residential area that is more affordable than the city center, Imperial is for you. On Calle Mazarredo, you are just a 15-minute walk to neighboring La Latina and the famous Mercado de San Miguel. You also have a large park nearby and are well-connected by bus and Metro.
