This great studio apartment for rent on Calle de Bordadores is on the 2nd floor and located in Centro. It’s a cozy spot, but has well-defined areas. It also has central heating and AC, as well as tile floors. The living area has a 2-seat dining table, sofa, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower cabin. And the the sleeping area has a large wardrobe and a double bed.
Tourists descend on Centro during the peak summer vacation months. Even in the off-season, the neighborhood bustles. Some of the most popular bars and nightclubs are concentrated here. The area also has a healthy number of theaters and historical sites. Your new home is close to the Royal Armory and Palace, and near Teatro Real and numerous restaurants.
