This studio apartment on Calle del Arenal, in Centro has a classic charm, and is in an unbeatable location. The property is fully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen, and 1 nicely tiled bathroom. The combined sleeping and living area is nice and spacious and opens out onto a lovely street facing standing balcony. The apartment has AC and heating, as well as a washing machine so you can get your laundry done in-house.
The apartment is located in Centro, and as the name suggests, you'll be living very central. Here you'll be within walking distance of many of the city's most iconic spots, including Puerta del Sol, Madrid's central meeting place, which is just a 1 minute walk away. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars, as well as public transport options to whip you around the city.

- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors and a classic decor.
- The sleeping area is semi-independent and has plenty of storage space for your belongings.
