This fashionable studio apartment on Calle Rufino Blanco, in Fuente del Berro is fully furnished and has plenty of charm. The property has a modern equipped kitchen, and makes excellent use of space with the sleeping area located on a mezzanine level. The apartment has been recently refurbished and has lovely polished wooden floors and stylish furnishings. There is 1 tidy tiled bathroom and heating and AC is installed throughout. This apartment has it all!
The apartment is located in Fuente del Berro, a charming spot found north east of the city centre. This well connected spot is within easy reach of central Madrid, and offers an authentic slice of local life in the magical city. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and good local restaurants in the area, and the Metro is handy to whip you around the city.
What we liked the most
- The famous Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas is just a short stroll from the apartment.
- The apartment has plenty of charm and a stylish decor.
- This is a very spacious studio, with a generous kitchen and living area.
- Heating and AC is installed to help keep you comfortable year round.
- The comfortable living room has a sofa, big TV, and a dining table.
- You'll find 2 single beds and a double on the mezzanine level.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the ground floor and the front door opens out into the street.
- There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a stove and a microwave.
