This charming studio apartment on Calle Rufino Blanco, in Fuente del Berro is fully furnished and in immaculate condition. The property has a modern equipped kitchen, and a sleeping area located on a mezzanine level. The chic apartment has lovely polished wooden floors, a comfortable living room, and 1 tidy tiled bathroom. Heating and AC is installed throughout, so you will be comfortable year round.
The apartment is located in Fuente del Berro, just north of Salamanca. This charming spot is found just outside the city centre, but is well connected by public transport to the rest of Madrid. There are plenty of shops, and good local restaurants close by, and if you need a coffee in the morning, you'll find a cafe right outside the font door.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a Japanese inspired decor, and is beautifully furnished.
- This is a very generous sized studio, with a spacious living area.
- Heating and AC is installed to help keep you comfortable year round.
- The famous Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas is just a short stroll from the apartment.
- You'll find 2 single beds and a double on the mezzanine level.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the ground floor and the front door opens out into the street.
- There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a stove and a microwave.
