This modern studio is located on Calle del General Lacy in central Atocha. The stylish 37 m² apartment has a bright living room, contemporary kitchen and functional bathroom, as well as a dynamic dressing room and cosy loft bedroom.
Atocha is the ideal place to settle if you want to be close to Madrid's city centre but not in the thick of Centro. This apartment is in a convenient location, only 10-minutes from the well-serviced Madrid - Atocha Cercanias Metro station, and a variety of museums and art galleries to explore.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is a short walk from Parque Retiro, which is the perfect spot for enjoying summer afternoons under the sun.
- A/C is installed to keep you cool over the warmer months.
- The washer/dryer ensures you can take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
- The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook.
- The apartment is newly refurbished so all of the stylish furniture and appliances are fresh.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a microwave.
- Tall? Don't like bumping your head on things? This apartment has low sloping ceilings so it's probably not the place for you.
