This roomy 4th floor studio apartment to rent in Centro is located on Calle del Conde de Romanones. As you enter the studio, there is a big wardrobe to your right. The bathroom, which has a tub, is also located along the entrance hall. The main space is roomy. It has an equipped kitchen, bright windows, and it's furnished with a double bed, sofa, and table.
Your new apartment in Centro is just a couple of minutes away from Plaza de Jacinto Benavente. You can pop into one of its numerous cafés, and there are also many restaurants within walking distance from your new home. Figaro Theater is around the corner, and the supermarket is 2 minutes away.
