A lovely studio apartment is available to rent in Chueca, Madrid. This property is situated in one of Madrid's most vibrant, central areas, so living here you will really to experience everything that the city has to offer. The surrounding area has plenty to do including; cafes, bars, restaurants and clubs, as well as hosting all of your daily essentials such as; supermarkets, banks and great public transport links that keep you well connected with the rest of Madrid.
The interior of the property is beautiful due to the modern and tasteful decorations and furnishings throughout that have been well maintained and selected by the landlord. The living room is no exception and is also a comfortable space furnished with plenty of seating space making this a great space to relax, host and socialise in. The kitchen is a modern room furnished with modern appliances and has an open-plan layout that maps onto the living room. The apartment also consists of a modern bathroom and a bright, well-lit bedroom that is furnished with a double bed.
What we liked the most
- The space. You don't find many studios with a 45m² footprint.
- Style. Quality. Modernity. 'Nuff said.

PLUS BOOKINGS
- If you do notsuccesfully complete the Plus verification made by Spotahome within two weeks after your booking is confirmed, the landlord will ask you to pay 2 months of deposit.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
