This charming studio apartment on Calle De Lagasca, in Salamanca, is nicely decorated and cosy. The fully furnished property has a combined sleeping and living area with a double bed, sofa, television, and a dining table. There is also a modern bathroom and a kitchen with all the essentials.
The apartment is located in an elegant part of Madrid, within walking distance of Paseo de la Castellana, the Ventas bullring, and the iconic Retiro Park. The IE business school is a 17-minute walk away, and you will find an excellent range of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.
What we liked the most
- There is an AC unit to keep you comfortable over summer.
- There is good storage space, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower.
- The apartment is located on a charming historical street.
- You can walk to the Gran Via and Puerta del Sol in 30 minutes.
