This contemporary studio apartment on Av. de Portugal, in Puerta del Ángel, is 32 m² and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table. There also also a desk, sofa, TV, and double bed. The bathroom is very modern and has a towel heating rack, storage space and a shower.
Living in this apartment you will have the best of both worlds with the city center nearby, as well as beautiful parks such as Athens park and Campo del Moro Gardens just 2 minutes away. Within walking distance you will also have a large variety of cafes and restaurants to dine out, and grocery stores for your daily shopping.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is new and has everything you need in a well-laid out space.
- There is AC and heating so you can be comfortable no matter the time of the year.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped and has modern appliances.
- You will have lovely views of a park from the 7th floor.
- You will be less than 5 minutes from the closest Metro, so you can easily get around.
- Puerta de San Vicente monument is within walking distance, as well as Athens Park with views of the cathedral.
