This spacious studio apartment in Aluche is on the ground floor. The front door opens from the street directly into the trendy living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is in a separate area, although there isn’t a door. It just as roomy and it’s furnished with a double bed and desk. Additionally, there is a washing machine for your private use.
Aluche neighborhood is in a Goldilocks zone: close enough to the city that you can enjoy the benefits of an urban lifestyle, and far enough away that you can relax and enjoy parks, like the nearby Casa de Campo. You’re close to a supermarket, pharmacies, and there are even nearby watering holes and coffee shops to relax in.
What we liked the most
- There is a little café and bar right next door to your new home.
- The bedroom faces the interior courtyard, which is great for a good night's sleep.
- The studio is much larger than the typical studio in Madrid.
- You have your own private washing machine.
