Will I like it here?
Very likely. It's small, yes, but it's super cute. Cosy and comfortable and decorated with thought and care. Plus it has AC for those sweaty Madrid summers.

You'll love lounging on that sofa with its many cushions, relaxing with a book or watching TV. Added bonus is that the fridge is so close for grabbing more snacks.
We think this is a great choice for anyone who wants to be in the heart of Madrid. Someone who plans to spend most of their time out and about - but who wants a lovely little home to return to in the evenings.

This is a charming little 2nd-floor studio apartment on, located on Calle De Lagasca. It feels friendly and welcoming and has AC to stop you over-heating when outside temperatures begin to rise.
This is a perfect new home for someone just arriving in Madrid, looking to get a sense of the city. Worried about being so far from home? A doorman keeping an eye on the building will help you feel safe and secure.
What we liked the most
- Moving house and finding your new place already feels like a home - the studio is cosy and welcoming.
- Swanning around swanky bars and cafes in elegant Salamanca - definitely the most stylish area in Madrid.
- Getting a smile on your way to work - a doorman is like a friend that comes with the property.
