We think it’s ideal if you seek something simple, affordable and functional. double bed, compact kitchen and bathroom. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Your top 3 reasons to live here:

- The sofa-bed makes excellent use of space.

This is a cosy 1st floor, studio apartment on Calle Berruguete, Madrid. It's nice and bright, with a functional sofa-bed and compact kitchen.
This apartment is perfect for professionals or students. It's outside the hustle, but the campus and the city centre are both a short Metro ride away.
What we liked the most
- Chilling in the nice bright living room – siesta time?
- Converting you bedroom into a living space – who needs walls?
- Donning the colours and getting rowdy at a Real Madrid game – what, where's Ronaldo?
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washing machine but no dryer – no probs, time to invest in a rack.
